Refund Policy

At Brahm Digi, we aim for complete client satisfaction. Our refund policy is as follows:

1. Eligibility

Refunds are only considered for services not yet delivered. If a service has been initiated or completed, refunds may not be applicable.

2. Timeframe

Requests for refunds must be made within 7 days of the initial payment. After that period, we assume client satisfaction with the progress made.

3. Non-Refundable Items

  • Any third-party fees (e.g., ad spend, domain purchase)
  • Custom work already delivered or in progress
  • Consultation fees
